With 24 years in construction industry and specialized in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), it has become my nature to coordinate with respective trade vendor professionally. On top of it, I have been in head of departments and director’s appointment for 13 years, which I have gained experience in managing and develop KPIs & SOPs, cost management and HR management.Although I am holding a director's position, I am also overseeing different projects scale and micro managing them includes deployment of workers, manage cost and productivity, develop a safe and low turnover rate (labor) environment. Been excel in BIM software gives me an advantage to able to coordinate and spot clashes for my clients. Furthermore, with the help of MS Project, I can monitor the cost and schedule for the projects which will let me have ample time to execute any executive orders in order to meet the client's expectation.With the 24 years of experience, effective communication is an important factor for the project success and liaising with different stakeholders. With the correct form of communication, you can then be able to lead the project team and delegate tasks to the respective staffs.Finally even with 24 years of experience, I would feel that there are new knowledge gain with every new project. Thus we would need to be humble and learn from different stakeholders of all ages and skillsets.
