As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer at Finsburyfoods Group, I apply my 9+ years of experience working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of the production equipment. I work under safe engineering systems of work, such as permit to actions, tag-out/lock out, risk assessments, and operating instructions, and follow the best practices and standards of quality and safety. Prior to joining Marshalls, I served as an Engineer and a Leading Engineering Technician at Royal Navy, where I gained valuable skills and knowledge in operating a complex control panel, navigating a platform maintenance management system, and leading a team of technicians. I also completed my education at Saltash, where I developed my leadership, organization, and communication skills. My goal is to continue learning and growing as an engineer and a technician, and to contribute to the success and innovation of Marshalls and the engineering industry.
