I started as a Mixing operative making large batches of product following set recipes and guidelines. After 1 year of constantly increasing my training my role was changed from level 1 to level 3 multi skilled operative then further increased to level 4 key op as a Stock controller.Main duties include weighing all prepared ingredients cooked, raw and frozen in most areas of the site. Knowing the weights of all dollies, trays, tubs, drums and cages for accurate weighing of materials when checking with scales.Moving ingredients after weighing to different areas for hygiene cleaning and freezer defrosting. Disposing of internal out of date products for upload to database along with transferring data from paper to excel to system for uploading of stocks.Uploading and requesting concessions of ingredients to extend shelf life and pack product with 1 day less life.Weekly variance for all ingredients across site along with weekly and monthly audits of all used areas for upload.Duties as a key op included setting and assigning up daily tasks to operatives, perform quality control on all materials and mixes.Perform audits on all equipment, areas and operatives to ensure all standards are met and record any inconsistencies as well as rectifying them.

Assisting customers with booking appointments, payment plans, organising collection and drop off of vehicles, giving advice on any issues that have happened and how to prevent further issues.Assisting in the repairs and servicing of vehicles in the workshop, outside in the yard and on roadside during recovery.Ordering parts for repair or topping up stocks during peak periods, counting and organising stocks for safe storage and use on site and removal of unsafe chemicals.Welding and fabrication for projects including Fabricating roll cages for race cars in varying formats such as track cars, banger racing, mudding, hill climb and off road rock climbing.Filing accounts for final approval from accountants for tax purposes including all income and expenditure back dated with all invoices.
