• Executive position responsible for the Research and Development activities of the company.
• Planning and building a distributed parallel computing connectivity backbone and on top of it Order Execution Management System and Algorithmic Trading System.

• The system is deployed on the AWS using both EC2 linux/win instances and serverless approach. Implemented full CI/CD.

• Manage 6 teams of 14 people: 4 teams in company’s base in Israel, including DBA, full-stack developers, DevOps, Product Manager and 2 teams in Eastern Europe, including client-side developers and QA engineers.
• Build workflow according to the best practices of SCRUM methodology using Atlassian JIRA project management system.
• Build a fully functional, highly secured crypto-exchange platform.
• Our Tech Stack includes:.NET Core, Angular 4&5, React Native, Redis, RabbitMQ, MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases. The system is designed according to the Domain-Driven Design approach and deployed on the AWS.
• Introduce and implement innovative Blockchain technologies, by researching, designing and integrating into the company’s system and building an appropriate security layer.

• Leading development department of 5 teams: DEV, DB, BI, QA and integration (15+ Employees).
• Planning and delivery of various complicated projects including: building online trading platforms, APIs, production infrastructure migration and others.
