The overall goal of my team (13 members) is to harmonize master data to ensure global consistency and transparency, and to reclassify. The services we provide add value and sustainability by creating high quality data, including global spare parts pricing covering 80 plants and supporting over 500 key users.My main responsibilities are:- Development of new business areas based on the defined strategy- Implementing technical solutions in my area of responsibility (example process implementation supported by RPA)- Proposing new process developments or improvements based on data analysis.- Support the organization in global projects in digitization and standardization initiatives- Conduct annual performance management process for all employees and set individual goals for each team member- Organize regular meetings with direct reports to monitor performance, motivate the team, give and receive feedback, discuss the roadmap and set up action plans as necessary- Establish the onboarding plan for new hires- Identifying and filling vacancies in my area.- Creating work procedures to meet quality standards.- Ensure quality and timely delivery of deliverables within agreed framework (SLA).- Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports for senior management, clients or board meetings.- Budget planning- Customer service as a second level of escalation.- Maintaining contact with business partners and ensuring cross-functional communication

Carrying out all purchasing activities in the area of materials that I am responsible, with the objective of optimizing supply and generating a contribution to operating profit while taking into account optimization of the total cost of ownership. Developing a local supplier base. Clarifying technical and commercial requirements together with the requester and the supplier and offering alternative solutions taking into account current market status. Negotiating terms and developing advanced negotiation strategies to guarantee the best conditions for acquisition of materials and services. Defining, preparing and concluding contracts by respecting procurement process, procedures and legal requirements. Preparing standard and special reports to make results transparent and control purchasing activities on a results oriented basis. Carrying out supplier evaluation according to the procedures and define corrective actions.
