As a member of the Professional Services team, Dan assists clients with:-Enablement services: assisting clients in strategizing and finding the right risk management solution in-line with business goals, such as analytics migration, trend analysis, and compliance;-Data migration & software implementation: assisting clients in transitioning from older manual processes/software solutions through the setup of customized templates, data source system migration, and process mapping;-Process automation: assisting clients with automating processes such as risk and controls, workflows, analytics, exception management and reporting;-Reporting & visualization services: review of data, processes and results to assist in developing reports that are easy to understand and user-friendly; and-Co-sourcing: supporting clients directly as an expert through important transitions or peak periods.

As a member of the Risk Assurance Services team, assisted clients build trust with internal and external stakeholders, increase confidence in their processes and controls, and deliver value through their internal audit and risk management capabilities. Specific service areas included:-Financial and non-financial assurance;-Capital projects and infrastructure assurance;-External audit execution;-Commercial assurance;-Process & controls advisory;-Internal controls for financial reporting (ICFR); and-Internal audit.

Leadership roles and responsibilities included:-Creation and execution of sales forecasts and operations budget;-Cost accounting and inventory management;-General ledger management and review;-Payroll management;-Monthly financial statement review and analysis; and-Recruitment, training and development of staff and leadership team.

As a member of the MNP Consulting Services team assisted clients in the areas of:-Strategy and planning;-Performance improvement;-Organization and people;-Technology;-Training; and-Economics and research.
