Identify work to be completed through a 4-week rolling schedule. Approves all daily work orders and monitors backlog. Analyze equipment failure/problem trends and develops corrective actions. Conduct weekly work planning and progress review meetings with affected groups.

Plant Engineer:Managed projects in a 3-unit coal-fried station totaling 350MW of generation.· Developed and managed station project list, economic justification, budget, schedule, and performance, meeting project budget for two straight years.· Brought the Unit 5 generator rewind outage in on time and under budget.· Communicated project progression to management so that station personnel were prepared when project was complete, eliminating wasted time during project handing-off the project to operations.· Led the control air project, eliminating all control air issues in station.· Led the 7 week Unit 4 Turbine/Generator outage, bring the unit online within schedule.· Eliminated several maintenance gaps after conducting Root Cause Analysis (RAC) on a Boiler Feed Pump motor failure, preventing similar outages from occurring.

Technical Services Manager: · Managed the maintenance and capital budgets for the rotogravure printing operation including two slitters and coating line, exceeded expectations of reducing budget by 3% each year. · Implemented maintenance tracking process that increased interdepartmental communications and historical data retention, reducing equipment downtime.· Successfully eliminated unnecessary preventative maintenance work and streamlined the work to reduce the plant maintenance cost.· Led manufacturing Process Effectiveness Team in improving operation systems and increasing Process Effectiveness by 25%.Process Engineer · Developed an electrician’s training program for reading schematics and troubleshooting with PLCs, in turn reducing equipment downtime.· Led the process improvement team that eliminated all Pearl-Lite system plug-ups, reducing startup delays and product scrap. · Led the reengineering of the Tile Broke System, providing a more consistent product and saving the company over $200k a year.· Engineered and programmed PLC controlled DC drive system that optimized product flow, reducing scrap on the production line.
