Operations Manager for Tampnet Network Operations in Europe.

In charge of Change Management for Tampnet global network infrastructure. Establishing and developing processes and procedures to ensure effective change management and mitigation of risk. Additionally Supplier management, support systems integration, systems documentation and project participation.Secondary role as deputy Operations Manager for Tampnet North Sea NOC. Duties include team management, major incident management, shift & on-call planning, customer escalations, analysis and reporting.Participation in other operational duties for the Tampnet Network operations team where relevant.

Network operations for the worlds largest offshore communications network. Working actively with several technologies including: Fibreoptics/WDM, Microwave radio links, IP/MPLS, SDH/PDH and 4G/LTE.Other tasks include: Systems documentation, change management, continued development of operational support systems, training, customer service, and project participation for commissioning and expanding Tampnet network infrastructure.

Maskinist/Skiftleder: (Projectionist/Shift Manager)Projectionist Responsibilities: Running all cinema shows in a given shift, performing routines and maintinance to ensure future shows run flawlessly. Setting up private screenings with laptop computers, microphones and other non standard equpment. Technical work and maintinance on digital cinema equipment including: Projectors, servers, surveilance cameras, and other audio/video equpment.Shift Manager responsibilities: Leading the work force in a given shift. Giving assistance to co-workers and customers in case of any questions or uncertainties. Resolving any technical dificulties. Leading any evacuation in case of fire or other emergency.

Vert/Billett/Kiosk: (Usher, tickets, concessions)Responsibilities included selling tickets, popcorn, candy and more. Greeting guests at the door, checking tickets, keeping theaters tidy, and making sure customers had an optimal cinema experience

One year of telecommunications technician apprenticeship. Involved working with: Alarm systems (Fire and security), Surveilance, Networking, Telecommunication systems, Service and more.
