Diligent Trader, CFA charterholder with a broad and deep expertise across global markets and multiple asset classes. Began career on the trading desk of an M&A, event-driven hedge fund trading equities and derivatives. Then joined as an early employee at a newly formed global, long only, value based asset management firm during the GFC. With over almost 18 years of experience, built up a deep knowledge of market microstructure (domestically and foreign), cash and algorithmic trading strategies, as well as on-boarding and training key hires and employees. Eager to broaden knowledge and understanding of financial markets and reporting, earned the CFA charterholder designation in August of 2017 after passing each required level of testing on the first attempt.
