After finding my feet and understanding company structure, procedures and policies I have started exceeding my targets as a venue manager and received promotion to a bigger venue on two occasions. I have been given multiple extra responsibility of managing two venues and supporting Area Manager. With both promotions, I have faced a whole range of challenges that have allowed me to develop my management skills and expand my experience.
