Our investment themes build upon the work of Stockholm Resilience Centre and EAT-Lancet, and the required shifts they’ve identified to bring the global economy back to a safe operating space. Our portfolio companies are producing more with less, repurposing waste, replacing linearity with circularity, regenerating soil, and enabling access to nutritious food for everyone.

Primary duties:• Managing large valuation and strategy projects concerning companies in a wide range of industries and markets.• Primarily responsible for private equity related valuation services (these concern transaction related services such as valuation of businesses, carried interest, warrants, and management incentive structures).• Supervising and instructing project team members.Additional duties:• Tutor of several excel and financial modelling courses in PwC’s global network as well as within the Swedish company.• Tutor of PwC’s valuation course.• Mentoring new employees and responsible for the recruitment process

Primary duties: • Carrying out business valuations of companies active in a diverse range of industries and markets.• Building advanced financial models for valuation, reporting, and forecasting purposes.• Carrying out valuations of complex financial instruments such as carried interest, warrants, stock options, convertible loans, and swaps.• Writing reports, information memorandums, and presentations in English and Swedish.• Participating in several projects with PwC’s M&A, infrastructure and real estate teams..
