I am currently a Level 5 Software Quality Engineer for Jeppesen performing software quality engineering using Agile SAFe methodologies. I work with Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers and Product Owners. I understand continuous integration and continuous delivery. I have been formally trained to the SAFe Agile practices. I have been trained to the “Toyota Way” for corrective action and use it along with numerous Boeing CA trainings. I am experienced with ISO 9001: 2015 and AS9100 Rev C. I have implemented ISO 9001 and AS 9100 for three organizations and managed the quality system. I have 17 years’ experience in software and hardware quality assurance, and audit programs. For seven years I was a QA Manager for Boeing. I turned around two struggling SQA departments, a failing audit program, revitalized a HW sell off program and instituted a SOW review process. I have used Earned Value Management, managing several cost control accounts. I regularly briefed top management on Quality items and presented at the Senior Leadership team. I worked vendor qualifications and HW sell offs. I held a Top Secret Government Security Clearance (2015). I am experienced in Configuration Management, document control, the software testing life cycle and have sound knowledge of the System Engineering life cycle. My strengths are project engineering and the ability to get things done.
