Roles and responsibilities include:- Setting up and maintaining Week 0 to 4 short term plan using SAP APO and SAP ECC.- Maintaining longer term plans (Week 5 to 14) occasionally to cover Supply Planner role. SAP APO.- Overseeing raw material and ingredient shortages.- Escalation of shortages to Procurement team, providing reports with details of shortages.- Changing short term plans in order to preserve Production Line capacity and continuity.- Escalation to Commercial team of shortfalls impacting customer service.- Liaising with various Departments in the Production facility.- Implementation of NPD (New Product Development) items on Production lines.- Liaising with suppliers, relaying short term forecasting to reduce supply issues.- Setting up new and maintaining existing SAP MasterData information for ingredients, raw materials and finished goods.- Maintaining stock accuracy on high use raw materials.- Raising and Closing off Purchase Orders weekly for Raw Materials.- Working closely with Inventory Controllers to ensure stock accuracy is maintained.

Roles and responsibilities included:- Overseeing up to 150 employees at any given time.- Creating work Rosters and ensuring coverage for any absenteeism.- Responsible for the site while Senior Management isn't present (Weekends)- Responsible for maintaining a safe work place for employees through the companies EH&S portal- Liaising with Maintenance to resolve mechanical issues impacting Production Line efficiencies.- Daily reporting of Profit/Loss based on previous day's throughput.- Development of QCDSM (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Motivation) reporting tools that is used daily to relay Line performance to Machine Operators and Management alike.- Site Lead for 5S implementation in a Pilot Area and then mentoring other departments to follow suit.

Roles and responsibilities:- Overseeing a team of 6 to 7 employees.- Working with Maintenance team to work through breakdowns and completion of CILs on machinery.- Acting Coordinator during weekend production.- Chosen to undertake training specific to new machinery (Blow Molding) being installed at our site.- Training of staff once machinery installation was completed.- Working with Production Coordinator to implement employee training and development.- Reporting of Safety Hazards and Incidents.- Daily reporting of line efficiencies.- Use os SAP ECC to complete backflishing activities and monthly reconciliations.
