Portfolio manager of a SICAV fund based in Malta that provides secured and unsecured loans.Responsibilities- Report the fund's performance to the investors and to the regulator- Coordination of outsourced accounting in Malta to ensure that the valuation of the fund is correct and on time- Manage the loan approval process - communicate with Borrowers to receive all the necessary information to evaluate each loan/business case- Ensure that investments in the fund are in line with internal policies, regulation and the fund's statute- Provide the external auditors with all necessary information during the statutory audit process
