NGL Energy Partners LP is a diversified midstream MLP that provides multiple services to producers and end users. Including Transportation, Storage, and Blending of NGLs, Retail Propane, and Water Solutions. Osterman Propane is a division of Retail East for NGL Energy Partners. It offers solutions for home heating, cooking, hot water, and fireplaces, among many other affordable and efficient applications. Osterman Propane employs 200 team members and offers 24-hour customer service 365 days a year. Though it ranks as one of the 20 largest propane marketers in the United States, Osterman Propane still remains a family-run business. • Responsible for the oversight and general supervision of three locations of Osterman Propane in the State of CT. (Montville, North Haven, Waterbury)• Responsible for the analyzing of branch level metrics on efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. • Developed multiple plans to achieve maximum efficiencies at each location, including changes to general operations procedures, motivational techniques, and general team building.• Responsible for the supply chain management of product for over 25,000 residential, commercial, industrial and wholesale customers. • Responsible for municipal, state, and commercial bidding.• Developed plan to install solar panels using state of CT tax credit incentives which eliminated the company’s electric bill at no out of pocket cost• Developed plan that led to 102% increase in sales revenue from the service and installation department

• Day-to-day operation of the customer service center (CSC) including hiring, training, supervising, motivating, and coaching, sales representatives, customer service representatives, bulk drivers and service technicians• Ensuring company policies and procedures are complied with at the CSC• Held Safety Meetings in accordance with company policy, state and federal guidelines and local jurisdictional authority• Ensuring operation of CSC in a safe manner, while meeting company efficiency and productivity targets• Managed offloading of railcar, developed written policy and procedure handbook on the process in accordance with the FRA, DOT, and OSHA. • Arranges maintenance of Osterman vehicles and property at the CSC• Managed dispatch and delivery of product and service to 12,500 customers in North Eastern CT, varying from residential to commercial and industrial applications. • Ordered equipment and parts for miscellaneous equipment. Procured new business relationships to achieve customer satisfaction and improve profitability of the business • Responsible for the management of the Distribution Integrity Maintenance Plan for the state of CT while complying with State Jurisdictional Pipeline Safety Regulations.
