Our architecture responds well to its surrounding environment, we can apply virtually any aesthetic to our client requirements. Our design experience ranges from very traditional arts n crafts and classical to designing some of New Zealand's most grand and high-end contemporary homes. We have over 25 years' experience in design with a portfolio that exceeds over 500 houses. Our experience equates to a wealth of practical site knowledge and an awareness of construction methodology enabling delivery of beautiful homes to any site and to any budget. OCO studio creates unique seamless designs where building elements have clear definitions applying clean crisp, timeless architecture no matter what style or site. We always consider the clients goals along the journey, listening, taking the time to really understand the brief. We help and assist in developing a brief when clients are unsure.
