 Preparation of QA/QC planning procedure for the execution of project. Material inspection for spool fabrication. Interpreting drawings for spool fabrication. Interpretation of structural drawings. Ensuring WPS is duly followed. Preparation of weld map, weld summary, NDT request, Painting Report, Dimensional control checks. Inspection of Welds, Blasting and Painting of Structural works and Spools. Documentation and report of all activities performed on daily and weekly basis. Documentation/preparation of day-to-day activity report of project to be submitted to QA/QC Coordinator. Monitoring activities executed, documentation prepared. Ensure prescribed tests are carried out and witnessed, stage inspections are done. Coordinate, monitor performance and ensure adequate documentation on additional inspection test.
