• Ensure Middle East voice of customer and vehicle performance requirements are met during vehicle development process• Decision maker for high level vehicle launch readiness reviews• Organize and execute in country pre-production vehicle evaluation• Work with GM Middle East cross functional teams to ensure flawless vehicle launch• Manage team budget• Recruit, train and mentor student interns

United Arab Emirates

• Perform pareto analysis of regional warranty and VOC survey data in order to identify and define vehicle quality concerns• Use Red X problem solving technique to identify true root cause• Collaborate with North American, Korean and Australian Engineering Centers for issue resolution• Regularly visit Middle East dealers to work hands on with service technicians and managers for proper issue definition, root cause and resolution
