~   Manage necessary documentation (Logistic invoices, Bill of lading, Exchange Control documents,  PFI, Form M, LC amendment, cancellation, etc. swiftly resolved.~   Send Form Ms and Letter of credit to foreign vendors and follow up on production till item is at the port of loading or airport of departure are shipped ~      Process all payment as it relates to customs and other agencies ~     Improve and maintain relationship with all government agencies- Custom, NAFDAC, SON and other government agencies ~     Improve and maintain relationship with terminal operators and shipping lines ~      Processing of SONCAP on SON portal and PAAR~    Engaging the banks on PAAR processing and  issuance ~      Coordinating and monitoring all logistics function (Import & Warehouse)~     Managing 3rd Party Logistics service provides to ensure prompt deliveries of import and export shipments at minimum costs. ~     Organize monthly and quarterly performance review meetings with Lafarge Trading partners and LSPs~     Ensuring goods are cleared at the port within agreed lead time to prevent out of stock situation at minimal cost.
