Member of the HWSE HBS team (Howmet Business Systems) at Howmet Wheel Systems EuropeAlthough I'm just an intern, I handle a wide range of tasks, including:• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting at meetings• Supporting production areas• Leading and supporting projects• Applying lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, A3 Problem Solving, RCA, Poka Yoke, STDW, ...)• Lead/Participate in gemba walks• Producing/Developing reports• Conducting weekly audits of production areas• Handling administrative duties• Providing training to new employees/retraining existing employees on the factory's lean system (including KPIs, reports, procedures ...)My goals for the future: • Deepen my knowledge in reporting (BI, SQL, SSRS, ...)• Further study of production processes
