I drive transformational change within the ATO's recruitment function, delivering better outcomes for the ATO by coordinating recruitment planning, providing high performing, readily available talent pools, and making it easy for our clients to access this talent. My role involves:- Concurrently leading multiple projects that contribute to ATO recruitment's ability to deliver a positive client experience and attract the right talent to the ATO.- Solving complex business issues by methodically understanding the issue and applying various analytical and problem solving techniques and skills to determine appropriate solutions.- Designing and developing contemporary systems, tools and workflows that support streamlined processes and a better experience for clients and stakeholders.- Engaging with stakeholders across all levels and business areas to influence change to policy, processes and tools; co-designing solutions where necessary.- End-to-end design, creation and implementation of written-, graphic- and film-based communications to support talent attraction strategies.- Fostering and developing my extensive network of HR, communications, change agents and IT professionals, and uniting the right people to resolve problems.- Leading innovation by proactively seeking new opportunities to improve, rethink or re-evaluate issues, energising others to contribute and following through with creative solutions.

• Design complex eLearning & multimedia products. This includes:- Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders- storyboard design and editing- instructional design- User Interface (UI) design- assessment of the viability of the learning technologies to utilise in the product- visual/graphic design- consultation with senior staff, colleagues and stakeholders regarding the product design. • Develop and maintain complex eLearning & multimedia products. This includes:- Adobe Flash, Captivate and Authorware development- ActionScript 3.0, HTML, CSS & JavaScript programming- video production and editing- audio production and editing- development using the Adobe suite of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Audition & Premiere. Also the utilisation of Microsoft PowerPoint on occasion.- Codebaby studio for 3D avatar development• Undertake research and provide written and/or oral advice and recommendations to stakeholders, colleagues and senior staff in regards to current multimedia and learning technologies, systems and best practice.• Provide training to L&D staff in eLearning authoring software such as Adobe Captivate and Flash, HTML & JavaScript.• Build and maintain effective networks and relationships.• Provide technical support for SAP LMS and complex multimedia and online training products.

• Liaise with key stakeholders to develop a wide range of advertisements and related material• Design online advertising material for the Stomp Records, including web graphics and advertisements, Flash e-cards and newsletters• Design print work for magazines, street press, posters, t-shirts, retail cards and album inserts• Maintain corporate branding and advertisements for partner websites including:- www.bigwentertainment.com.au - www.heraldsunhit.com.au - www.chaos.com - www.cdwow.com - www.play4me.com.au *Stomp Entertainment is now known as Élan Media Partners
