- Provide remote support for software applications and recommend potential new solutions.
- Deliver time critical services for customer’s production system: troubleshooting networks, databases, cloud based and on premise software, peripherals, and data reporting issues to determine root cause.
- Diagnose and solve issues/breakdowns in the Command Alkon’s integrated systems ( their software’s products are complex and integrates with other Command Alkon or 3rd party business software using file transfer/sharing.
- While servicing customers in real time, document case notes, details, and troubleshooting data in the company’s issue tracking system.
- Work with the team and manager to communicate with other groups regarding complex product issues, upgrades and escalations.
- Follow up with clients to verify optimal customer satisfaction following support engagement and problem resolution.
