During my internship as an Information Technology Specialist at Meristem, I provided IT support to over 30 employees, ensuring seamless operations and quick resolution of technical issues. I assisted the head of IT in configuring and maintaining company networks and servers, which resulted in a significant reduction of downtime.Additionally, I designed and developed an in-house application for converting and compressing shareholder documents, prioritizing data confidentiality and improving processing time.
