• Currently manage a third-party logistics (3PL) and Defense Logistics Agency material inventory of 96,830 items, valued in excess of $9,816,209.00• Track customer orders, request status, work with local and stateside Buyers for estimated delivery date (EDD), and ensure material is promptly received and delivered to waiting customers.- Coordination includes utilizing numerous government tracking systems to update AECOM and DLA daily status reports.- Coordinated with the local distribution offices for delivery of high priority material arriving by cargo ships and aircraft.- Utilize daily company reports to update customers on the status and estimated EDD of material.• Correspond with other AECOM vendors to resolve shipping delays for materials purchased for the operation of the site and order.• Routinely research purchase orders and material to resolve receiving or accounting discrepancies.• Satisfy customer requests and complaints ensuring project satisfaction and military unit’s task completion. - Using statistical data to estimate shipping times to ensure customers order non-stocked items with adequate led time to required delivery date (RDD).- Review HMMS and contact other third-party logistics (3PL) locations for material that might be redirected for immediate use.- Assist customers with sole source justification packages for materials that customers can only purchase for a single supplier.

Update and submit program Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL’s), Weekly Status reports, employee timesheet reports, and other reports required by company and government contracting office. Create many forms of correspondence, including meeting minutes, PMR slides, and Employment Verification memorandums.Assisted in the development of the programs Quality Control Plan.This plan documents employee’s work breakdown structures (WBS) and responsibilities for many different aspects needed to maintain high stake holder satisfaction.Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to achieve order fill rates and reduce process inefficiencies. Feedback, direct observations, data-mining, and customer correspondence assist in reducing order delivery backlog and customer satisfaction.Researched and developed the programs Continuity of Operation Plan (COOP) that documents how the program will recover from a disaster while maintaining continuous operations.
