To Analyze and generate annual budget report to advise client (Dairy Farm) on operation cost required for current year by analyzing the cost based on last year and additional information given, and followed by providing monthly forecast and allocation of fund to operation for full 12 month business operation for total of 600 and more stores such as Giant SG, Cold Storage SG, 7 Eleven SG and Guardian SG Provide analysis reports such as average cost per job, Cost for fault service by banner (type of store), profit reconciliation, cleaning summary cost, reviewing of annual budget 2019 and job cancellation over 90days to further provide information for the top management’s partnership meeting with the client. Preparing budget for invoicing in Contact & Service Billing System (CSB) such as analyzing the cost to the existing store and to exclude the cost from the closed store, then reallocated the given monthly budget to the store and banner. Preparing monthly journal in SUN accounting system such as reclassification of cost to respective store, bank receipt, reclassification of balance sheet item to profit and loss account, petty cash and any ad-hoc journal requested. Meanwhile to ensure the amount from system is tally with the GL and provide reconciliation for any untallied amount. Furthermore, I will help company in analyzing capital expenses account to make sure that the cost will be charge back to client expenses instead of ours. Monitoring and analyze of debtors aging on weekly basis to ensure continuity of providing services to debtors. Monitoring and ensure the data for all the debtors, creditors, stores and employee is up to date by using SUN accounting system.
