Build the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the sales workforce.

• Responsible for every activity towards achieving territory sales target for the financial year.• Train VSRs on the Guinness Outlet Activation Standards (OAS) in respective routes.• Train and develop the sales representatives with focus on Persuasive selling skills.• Plan, monitor and review quarterly, the daily routes for van sales representatives.

• Ensure retail redistribution standards are adhered to by distributors and van sales representatives.• Ensure adequate QDVPPP (Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Pricing Promotion and Persuasion) of all brands within assigned territory are met.• Build and develop the retail channel of GN brands.• Train and develop the sales representatives with focus on Persuasive selling skills.• Plan, monitor and review quarterly, the daily routes for van sales representatives.• Ensure the success of new product development (NPD) and grow market share of existing brands.

• Assisted in the daily operation of the Crude Distillation Unit – 1 & 2 ( CDU – 1, CDU – 2 ) which consists of high and low pressure pumps, desalter, fractionators, heat-exchangers, etc.• Supported the team tasked with the maintenance of the facilities and installations of Area – 1.• Participated in the house-keeping program of CDU – 1.• Attended and completed the plant’s fire and safety induction course.
