I'm a Banking professional with experience in Customer Facing roles, Credit and Change Management. My current role is focused on new product development, product enhancement and change management for the leading Private Bank in the UK. My experience includes investment backed lending products, such as Lombard and Offshore Bond Wrapper Lending, though I now have a Sustainability and Commercial focus. I have worked across a broad spectrum of projects, such as introducing Green Lending products, as well as MCoB, CCA and Commercial Loan products. I am responsible for end-to-end product development, from inception and identification (target market research, consumer duty consideration, stakeholder management etc), through client journey development, internal governance (Risk and Strategy), IT change through to product roll out, training, embedding, communications and post-launch management. In my previous role as a Credit Analyst, I was responsible for writing credit applications for mortgages and complex lending on behalf of bankers and working directly with clients to help them achieve their aims, specialising in investment backed lending (Lombard Lending) and Offshore Bond Wrapper lending products. I mentor as part of the group wide Multicultural Network. I have gained CeMAP level 3 and am starting a Sustainable Finance qualification.
