• Install, maintains and repairs telecommunication equipment’s and appliances such as data, transmission equipment’s, in houses, businesses, telephone exchange and other network sites.• Fibre Optic Stripping, Cleaving and Splicing.• Use and be responsible for specific fibre optic preparation, splicing equipment and testing equipment’s including fibre blow gun, splitter and OTDR etc .• Adjusting, replacing and repairing faulty items, and testing equipment’s using electronic instruments.• Scoping and determined the most cost-effective route to connect a custom• Programming the ONT (optical network terminal) and Modems/routers/STB boxes with existing wiring.• Knowledge of structured cabling will be an added advantage.• Ability to communicate effectively to different sections of the installation process that includes service providers and dispatch centre is a key requirement.• Take responsibilities for tools and plants and test equipment.

• Provides dispatch for the team and business partners for day-to-day activity on installation and repair of internet service.• Accumulate accomplishment reports for Start of Day and End of Day activity.• Establishes a toolbox meeting for the team to discuss End of Week goal target.• Sets a meeting for business partners to discuss End of Month target, Standard Operating Procedures, discrepancies, and new guidelines from management.• Supervise the team and business partners to perform well onsite.• Single point of contact for any issues or discrepancies within the site.• Coordinates with business partners to locate and assess sites for installation and repair of internet service.• Survey of sites for provisioning of additional ports to target high volume residential and commercial location.• Quality assurance of fiber installation and repair in providing Service Level Agreement.• Staking and acceptance of project for any OSP related within area of responsibility.

• Installation and maintenance of CCTV including running cables, conduit installation, trenching, climbing poles and pole installation.• Interact with clients and potential customers.• Liaising with government officials pertaining government projects for CCTV• Main contact for any problems or issues on-site.• Supervise the team and performing toolbox meeting updates or status of project for hitting timelines.

• Works with OSP Engineers, AutoCAD Operators and SAQ/ROW Personnel for the specific Scope of Work.• Supervise personnel to hit Milestones of projects.• Creates and oversees timeline for Scope of Works such as Survey, Permitting, Implementation and Billing. • Checks and final proofreading of the Schematic and Geographic Plan prior to release.• Consolidates End of Day report from daily accomplishment of each OSP Engineer, CAD Operator and ROW Personnel.• Coordinates with Right of Way/Site Acquisition Personnel for National and Local Government issues and requests. • Prepares and consolidate reports from Survey, Staking, and Site Inspection during implementation.• Performs staking with client and other authorities for the design and implementation of the plan.• In depth knowledge of PR/PO, Billing, and Acceptance in lieu with Local and National Government guidelines.

• Handles PLDT and Subsidiaries & Affiliates Provisioning and Maintenance Projects• Performs detailed engineering survey on the feasibility of the project.• Creates engineering plan and proposes the Bill of Quantities or Materials for a Work Built Structure and Budget Request.• Coordinates with Logistics Department to ensure smooth delivery of the materials. • Supervises the assigned Business Partner on the implementation of the project.• Inspect and evaluate projects for acceptance, testing and turn-over of project to the end-user or the requesting Business Zone.• Review and validates closed-out documents such as as-built plans, restoration certificates and permits, materials reconciliation report, actual work done and digitized pictures prior to transmittal to Engineering Information and Records Management and Billing.

• Provides Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR) mainly for BTS antenna installation of 2G, 3G and 4G microwave antennas.• Implements the installation of equipment on transmission rack for the BTS antenna.• Commissioning of equipment installed for RFS.• Supports field engineers for NOC works on BTS.• Conducts training for other engineers on the SOP and guidelines from TSSR to Commissioning of equipment and antennas.

• Supports Field Technicians for installation and recalibration of AT&T Indoor and Outdoor Unit.• Assists customer inquiries regarding their financial queries, sales and promotions, and technical issues.
