Business Readiness, Enablement & Adoption Program Manager, Customer Success
Current- Develop internal and external strategic enablement programs and training for a variety of product lifecycle events including solution launch, feature enhancements, and solution depreciation.- Create assets and resources to continuously upskill customer facing teams including playbooks, resource guides and webinar content.- Collaborate cross-departmentally with teams including product, marketing, operations and readiness to ensure clear and timely delivery on new features, releases, EOS and incidents to allow the Customer Success team to accurately and concisely enable customers.
