Main Tasks:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BPO logistics team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and high-quality service.- Coordinate with various departments, including operations, IT, and finance, to ensure project success.- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
