I work as Senior Data Scientist and Data Science Instructor, with more than 6 years of experience in Data Science E2E projects. I've wide background in Database ETL with SQL and pyspark, Machine Learning model development, automating processes, Cloud (mainly GCP), BI tools like Power BI or QlikSense and high level as Python developer.I currently offer consultancy services, online training, tutoring and support for data science and algorithmic trading projects.During my time as Lead Instructor in The Bridge, the aim of my job was to help people in the beginning of their carreers as Data Scientist. I taught them the foundamentals of Data Science from a practical approach.I've been working as Data Scientist at Banco Santander, in Strategy Department, helping the business units of the company to use data, and supporting the decission making with data analysis and automated processes.When I was working in Microsoft, as an evangelist, I taught its new technologies to all types of audiences (clients, partners, developers or students). I learnt the latest Microsoft technologies (mainly focused on Cloud, IoT, BI, AI and Machine Learning) and taught them by providing talks, workshops, support, and writing articles. Even as an intern, I have giving talks at several universities and important events such as the TechFest. I have also been working as researcher intern at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, working on a project related to IoT and data processing.I studied Telecommunications Degree and a Master of Telecommunication Engineer at the UPM (Polytechnic University of Madrid). Spanish is my native language but I am also fluent in English and I have the FCE certificate.Proactivity and teamwork are the characteristics that best define me. I love technology, but above all I like travelling, meet new people and live new enriching experiences, which help me to learn new things and grow.
