As a special project Technician I am responsible of the implementation and support of the solutions provided to the MDU partners that includes; mass installs, custom channel insertion systems, customer and staff education, In addition as part of the team responsible of the installation and maintenance of the TWC community WiFi as well as providing on-site support to the third party vendors that provide remote management for the Fiber/Ethernet data solutions on the UTSA student living properties.Also part of the Fiber-To-The-Home team providing installation and troubleshooting support and mentoring for the team candidates.
