My daily working experience consists of providing customer service in the form of answering phone calls related to hours of operations, accepting customer orders, scheduling onsite service calls, basic computer and network related questions. I also provide onsite experience in the form of traveling to customer locations for physical and digital cleaning, infection removal, business and home network setups, installing new computers, monitors, printers, and other electronic accessories. My in-shop experience consists of communicating with customer in the form of helping customers to check in their devices for servicing, helping them choose the right device(s) for their particular interests, answering any computer or electronic device related questions. I also contribute by helping to diagnose physical hardware and digital software issues related to device drivers, Windows operating systems, third part application and program software, and non responsive hardware such as no sound output, system power failure, and overheating to name a few. I also contribute to building new desktop towers to sell to my company's client base.
