Start-Up Technician
CurrentI start-up Recycling Plants throughout the country and train on operations to the point where their run time exceeds 95% on any given shift. This can consist of troubleshooting programming issues along with electrical and hydraulic components. It also includes training the personnel in their given roles to become more efficient in their duties. This includes the Operators, Maintenance personnel Staff, along with the Line Sorters. My duties also include keeping a watchful eye on our own equipment and designs by running different forms of tests and studies on our various types of equipment also including software and programming changes for improvements that we can make in the future.
