I am a dynamic and motivated person with a proven record of generating and building relationships. I am versatile, reliable and efficient and have excellent communication skills. I am an adaptable and transformational person with an ability to work independently, creating effective learning environments, and developing opportunities that further establish individual and organisational goals. I have a passion for people and always aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for them. In my personal time when I am not teaching, I spend a lot of time helping out local charities raising money. I have completed half and full marathons, sponsored sleeping on the streets and coordinated charity hip hop nights to name a few. I also volunteer at our local winter homeless shelter as an overnight warden. I am a trustee for a local charity, ETHOS (Extending the Hand of Support) who run events to raise money, support individuals struggling with food poverty by providing food parcels and in the next coming months will be opening a community café in Hereford along side managing Saxon Hall Community Centre.
