Conducts internal audits at planned intervals to determine whether the Quality Management System;a) Conforms to the planned arrangements, to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 International Standard and to the Quality Management System requirements established by the organization; and,b) Is effectively implemented and maintained.

a) Generates and documents the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet objectives and aspirations of company, annually, monthly, weekly and daily.b) Conducts Quantitative Production Data Analysis while monitoring production plans versus actual daily, and reviewing the same at Monthly/Weekly Sales & Operations Plan (SOP) Evaluation Meetings.c) Computes re-order levels and re-order quantities by factoring in delivery lead-times while ensuring that the same is up to date on the ERP system.d) Draws and updates Materials Resource Plans (MRP), based on company’s Sales and Operations Plan, which aims to maintain optimum stock levels, without danger of process and/or operation interruption due to stock out(s).e) Prepares purchase requisitions for production inputs and follow-up of suppliers, both Local & International, for timely delivery of manufacturing materials.f) Generates Bills of Materials (BOM) with highest degree of accuracy.g) Assists in the preparation of manufacturing budgets in liaison with the Agriculture and Manufacturing Departments Managers, and ensures proper control of expenditure on the approved budget.h) Controls manufacturing materials and spares inventory and/or obsolescence, in liaison with the Stores Manager.i) Maintains database and Quality Progress Reports of all relevant information regarding business plans.
