I am currently studying culinary arts management at the university college Birmingham. I am currently halfway through my first year and now I am looking for a kitchen placement as part of the second year of my university course. I have been training to be a chef for 3 years and started my career in NPTC college of food achieving my Level 3 Diploma in professional cookery. I am excited about going on my kitchen placement in my second year, so I get the chance to learn a variety of skills and be able to cook with fresh ingredients to create cuisine from all over the world. I am very passionate about cooking I am always watching cookery shows and reading different recipes so that I can stay up to date with all the new food trends.
