In this role, Daniel leads the team providing all aspects of manufacturing, including design for manufacturing DFM, development and automation.He is a qualified engineering professional and holds the certification from United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training Daniel is no stranger to Medical Manufacturing, having spent 27 years as a Engineering Manager/Director/WW Director and a New Product Introduction Director and Vice President in the Medical Device Industry which has taught him the importance of early involvement in the design process..His experience in engineering spans many areas involved with Case and Tray startup, Instrument and Implant startup as well as Greenfield in China.Before joining Paragon Medical in 1991, Daniel worked 10 years for a diverse range of organizations, including Automotive, Aerospace and Food industry in the Pattern and Tooling industry.Drawing on 30 years’ experience in Operations, Engineering and New Product Introduction, Daniel now focuses mainly on Management and Design for Manufacturing.After a successful career in manufacturing, product development and prototypes.
