CurrentWork closely with doctors, nurses and other health care delivery team members to deliver high-quality patient care utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines and protocolsArterial Blood gases procurement and analysis, jet nebulizer treatments, assist in intubating patients, perform ventilator adjustments, perform weaning procedures, and bedside spirometry.Team Player: Work and communicate well with co-workers, nurses, providers, other hospital staff, patients and their families, and visitors to the medical center.Record keeping and charting: Utilize modern technology to safeguard patients' medical records by documenting treatment regimens performed in a timely and secure manner.Effective and efficient oral and written communication with peers, supervisors, patients, and patient families.Work effectively and efficiently under pressure.Effectively assess and treat patients with cardiopulmonary signs and/or symptoms. Patients whose disease processes are compromised are especially assessed for signs and/or symptoms of cardiopulmonary problems.
