United Technical Operation Center (Project Won 2021 ABC National Excellence in Construction (EIC) Pyramid Award (Mega Project Category) and 2020 ABC Ice Award):New ground-up operation center for United Airlines, project consisted of a maintenance facility for Bush Intercontinental Airport. A 375,000 SF facility that includes a warehouse, distribution center, a building for support personnel such as engineering teams and maintenance record teams. This project also contains a 260,00SF of aircraft hangar space large enough to accommodate three wide-body aircrafts .Additionally, approximate 11 acres of hardstand concrete and a pre-engineer precast bridge connecting the Apron aircraft Taxi lanes.

Project Engineer at UAL New Terminal C Project (Project Awards: Won ENR Best Airport/Transit Award 2017):New Terminal C North project consisted of two-level, 318,000 SF facility that accommodates a total of 11 new narrow and wide body-equivalent gates and three renovated gates. Inverted roof form on the concourse exterior echoes an aircraft wing silhouette both landside and airside and large expanses of windows throughout the concourse for panoramic views to passengers and visitors. 20 new dining and retail facilities integrated throughout the terminal. Accessible via the existing Terminal C North connector, the new concourse features supports areas on the lower level for airline ramp operations and passenger hold room lounges and amenities on the upper level for airline operations.

Field Engineer at Jennie Sealy Hospital:UTMB Jennie Sealy Replacement Hospital consisted of 770,000 SF, 13-story mission-critical hospital features leading-edge surgical suites, surgical intensive care units, pediatrics acute care, real-world classrooms, 260 patient rooms, including 56 dedicated ICU beds, and clinical support services. The hospital’s surgical complex – anchored by 20 state-of-the-art operating suites, with space for organ transplantation, neurosurgery, cystoscopy and orthopedic surgery. The hospital includes built-in flexibility to maintain the best possible environment for future developments.

Tower hosts a 5-Star Hotel, Eurostar Torre Seville, and various offices.
