My focus over the past two decades has been the federal student loan portfolio. My work is multidisciplinary: both quantitative and qualitative, it capitalizes on nearly three decades of experience in the federal postsecondary education programs.Specialties: Knowledge of the facets of the student aid programs - legislation, regulation, policy, budget, operations, systems, financials, data analysis, portfolio risk/portfolio performance, and quality control/assurance/improvement.
