Led Digcargo, a multi-tenant mobile and web platform that provides collaborative logistics for freight shippers, brokers, and carriers, from idea to product while acting as product manager, lead developer, and managing technology partnerships and operations. Gained experiences in early-stage startup functions from idea to product, marketing, investor relations, startup incubators, and government funded startup programs.• Generated value through product features that saved customers 1-2 hours a day, equating to thousands in savings per user• Managed product from customer engagement to product development across a 5+ team of designers and engineers to implement MVP in under 6 months• Developed 5+ partnerships with 3rd party service providers to enable load board, carrier safety, accounting, and EDI integrations using REST APIs• Engaged with US Air Force to provide logistics services to aircraft operations personnel and received $50k Phase 1 award to explore opportunities and identify potential pilot opportunities

Provided consultation, facilitation and modeling of strategic investments and major capital projects through the application of decision analysis processes and economic modeling across multiple assets, shelf, deepwater, and JV.Led framing, modeling and evaluation for mature production assets to maximize remaining value ($10-150MM) through implementing a 10+ year facility investment strategy and asset retirement (5-15 years).Built economic decision models to advise on contract strategies and optimize drilling rig activities across multiple assets.Led project framing and performed analysis for multiple joint venture opportunities to maximize the use of existing platforms which resulted in >$50MM of future cash flow. Managed internal applications used across the global Upstream organization. Established SDLC and worked across engineering, database administration and security organizations. Captured user feedback, developed prioritized roadmap, and executed product development, testing, and release management.Developed and managed product used for economic analysis of critical production facility assets in Gulf of Mexico, allowing for evaluation of the life of an asset and impact of incremental investments.Managed legacy internal decision tree product to enable global community; engaged users to build product roadmap to resolve bugs and deploy new features, including an overhaul of user interface.Created and managed internal product for aggregating data from probabilistic economic analysis and creating 10+ page investment analysis package used across global leadership and executive board to approve multi-year investments of $1b+.

Responsible for analysis and evaluation of divestments including development of economic models for internal and external evaluations. Provided negotiation support and analysis of bids and economic evaluations of divestment packages.

Led team of portfolio analysts to achieve the capital stewardship and organizational capability of IT strategies across Chevron Upstream. Remotely coordinated the maturity of project and portfolio management across the 15 global strategic business units of Chevron Upstream to achieve successful execution of strategies and transformation of business processes.

Application Portfolio Coordinator - Coordinated and facilitated deployment of approximately 60 applications to enable 40 core workflows using lean sigma. Developed a strategic execution model, integrated deployment roadmap, and ensured applications meet requirements of underlying workflows.
