You learn a lot about leadership when you are responsible for the strategic planning of a 200+ member workforce of frontline associates and the development of department managers. You learn a lot about leadership when you have been the leader of 50 employees within the past four years, worked various shifts, roles, teams, and regions. You learn a lot about leadership when you're married and your baby girls are born, and you want to make sure you do the best job you can at raising them to always know they are loved, protected, and made for greatness. I've been blessed to have many experiences that have taught me a great deal about leadership, but the greatest lesson I've learned is that there is no greater joy than seeing a person you lead become successful. I am dedicated to living out career as a servant leader enabling others to rise to their fullest potential.
