Chilean mother and German father, mostly raised in Ibiza, Spain.I grew up in a bilingual household, surrounded by a cosmopolitan environment focused on tourism. After studying international relationships and translation for 5 years in Berlin, I started my career in hospitality.During the first season working in the industry, I discovered my interest for wine and gastronomy. While I was aiming to work closer to wine , I decided to take specific education to expand my knowledge. After years of working abroad I am now located in Copenhagen, (Denmark)one of the leading cities and references in gastronomy worldwide. Now, I feel very privileged to be part of the Alchemist team, one of the best restaurants in the world.
