Design and implementation for a new transit warehouse in Guayaquil. - Changed it from being a large storage warehouse to a transit WH which included better production planning and alignment with the sales team.- The new warehouse fulfilled firefighting standards and had better humidity control for the furniture Design and developed S&OP process - On a daily basis it was stablished a S&OP meeting to fulfill sales priorities
