 Designed and implemented semi-automated control system, for Natural Gas Cryogenic Processing Plant. The system reduced plant down time by 12% and increased product output by 21%. Developed inspection, calibration and maintenance procedures and schedules for electrical and pneumatic valves, controllers, safety shutdowns and alarms. Performed inspection, calibration and maintenance functions on control system equipment.

 Performed programming for CNC vertical and horizontal lathes, horizontal milling machines and plasma arc burning center. Established machining methods, fixture design and tool requirements Developed material and labor cost estimates from project blueprints and specifications. Interfaced with outside suppliers regarding specification requirements and delivery schedules. Designed and drafted complete drawing packages and bills of material for flow control gates used in water control dams, nuclear reactor sites and ocean bearing vessels.
