Support the Grant Administrator and ICARP Program Managers with the analytical review and processing of grant agreements and amendments. Process, review, and analyze periodic grant project submittals. Support and engage in office-wide initiatives and priorities, including development and implementation of OPR’s Racial Equity Action Plan.

Analyze and maintain all interim event information. Analyze event needs and handle all event opening and closing requirements. Work directly with promoters and communicate with all levels of Cal Expo Staff to ensure all contract requirements are met and that the facility, equipment, and staffing needs are secured for the event.

Perform clerical and administrative duties such as data entry, program evaluation, policy formulation, systems development, as well as log consultative data from hospitals, nursing facilities, and clinics. Research, review, and access weekly requests from local health jurisdictions such as skilled nursing facilities, general acute care hospitals, hospices, and media.

Interact with customers to service appropriate and adequate performance. Communicate with automotive technicians for specific duties according to customer satisfaction. Write repair orders containing vehicle process information as well as up sell company products as per customer request.

Detail vehicles to full extent according to satisfaction of customer; change oil of customer vehicle.

Provide exceptional customer service as cashier, process payments, prepare and expedite food with care, maintain health and safety regulations among restaurant standards.
