Team leader in the department of Personal Care Appliances in an international environment. Responsible for procurement until sales, with a triple-digit M€ retail portfolio.- Development and implementation of the long term strategy of the categories with focus on growth and margin. As team leader in project purchasing, I am responsible for the procurement of all components with a total value of double-digit million euro of the Sub-assemblies Category.- Managing of 3 employees in purchasing department and several category teams- Development and implementation of the purchasing strategy for my components with responsibility for on cost and on time delivery- Contract negotiation and claim management- Global expansion of pool of suppliers- Achieved cost reduction of more than 40%

In the framework of a nuclear power plant construction project, my role as an Expediter touches several key points of the supply chain:- Contract realization between Areva and its suppliers to procure products (such as pumps, valves, pipes, motors, filters, ...)- Suppliers are in Germany, France, UK- Ensure timely delivery- Internal and external documentation follow-up and coordination- Risk Analysis- Supplier visits for surveillance of the advancement and when necessary, put in place action plans- Claim Management Support- Reporting and Process ImprovementAs an internal Project Manager for the procurement process between Areva and the suppliers, my current portfolio of contracts has a value of single-digit M EUR.
