Shoreline Biosciences is developing the next generation of cellular immunotherapies specializing in induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) derived Natural Killer cells (iNK) and iPSC derived Macrophages (iMAC). As a Scientist I in CMC Analytical Development, I was responsible for leading the development of identity methods by flow cytometry and cell-based potency methods to identify and measure drug product critical quality attributes (CQAs) for QC qualification and release testing as well as extended product characterization.

As an Associate Scientist in the Analytical Development Potency team at Fate Therapeutics, I led the development of cell-based ADCC and cytotoxicity relative potency assays under ICH, FDA, and GxP guidance to support the QC lot release of proprietary iPSC derived Natural Killer cell oncology therapeutics.

As a Senior Process Associate in Analytical Development at Poseida Therapeutics I was responsible for leading the development of flow cytometry T-Cell activation assays, qPCR residual assays, and cell-based CAR potency methods to support IND filings and QC manufacturing lot release of proprietary CAR-T cell drug products.

As a Research Associate at NantKwest (now Immunity Bio) I developed, performed, and qualified flow cytometry identity and cell-based ADCC and cytotoxicity analytical test methods to support manufacturing QC and IND submissions of proprietary Natural Killer cell (NK and CAR-NK) oncology drug products.

As a Scientist at Intertek I performed pharmacokinetic (PK), anti-drug antibody (ADA), and biomarker assay development, sample analysis, qualification and validation for biologic drug products under GLP, ICH and FDA guidelines utilizing ELISA and MSD platforms.

Instructed graduate level laboratory courses in recombinant DNA technology and protein purification and characterization.
