• I implement facility wide behavioural programs as well as maintain existing individualized behavioural protocols • I work to model appropriate behaviour, and provide positive reinforcement and corrective feedback daily. • I provide with daily assistance for residents as it relates to any Activity of Daily Living care (including, but not limited to: bathing, transfers, toileting, and physical assistance), as well as assisting and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities. • I assist in transporting residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community including grocery shopping etc. • I work with each resident to ensure their medication program instructions are adhered to and, while maintaining and updating supplies• Interacting and working to ensure that each resident’s family’s needs are met while visiting or during in home visits. • Completes all daily needed documentation (Including but not limited to the following: behavioural data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports), in each resident file.• Ensure the safety of all residents and co-workers by ensuring a safe environment, following all safety protocols, and implementing the require physical and mechanical interventions.
